Teresa Marie Walters, 1973, Clayton, pleaded guilty with a plea agreement to two counts of drug possession and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, $900 fines, $1,755.50 court costs, sentenced to two to three years in jail, credited for 45 days in jail; placed on probation for three years.
